Drawing-Feb 4 Using Different Types of Pencils to Explore Emotions

Matt explained different types of artist pencils and gum erasers. The students first explored with them. Here's what they noticed:

"This is tougher, this is softer." Mason

"One's darker, one's lighter." Ryan

"You can use the side." Kristen

"This one is skinny." Ariel

Next, they used what they discovered to create drawings that represent different emotions. What emotions do you see?
